OUR PROCESS

  • Collect: Review existing data sources, identify needed data fields, and create any additional databases, tracking logs, or data collection tools to support program activities.

  • Organize: Review data, flag anomalies, and find common issues and patterns

  • Analyze: After inspecting for inconsistent data, we identify the objectives based on program needs or requirements and create a standard data set. Results are inspected to verify correctness, and reports are created so we can replicate in the future.

  • Evaluate: Provide process evaluations to determine if program activities have been implemented as intended and the outputs associated with those activities.

& GUIDANCE

  • We work collaboratively with our clients to navigate grant awards requirements, as they face the challenges that come with grant awards.

  • We are here to help teach and evaluate processes and outcomes with face-to-face support for programs and staff. Our team will come on site to meet and discuss evaluation plans, walking you through every step.

  • We work diligently to support your efforts by highlighting successes and giving recommendations, often extending beyond the grant.
