I’m Lauren, founder and CEO of Allard Consulting, LLC. I deeply want you to know how passionate I am about your success. I love data, finding solutions to data problems, developing products to support decision-making, and program development. I have poured my heart into building a business with integrity, and I believe in being personally available to my clients. My top priority is for you to feel supported.
My experience & credentials:
Evaluator on a total of nine SAMHSA awards.
Evaluator on four Bureau of Justice Assistance awards.
Contracted privately with a Nashville Recovery Court Support Foundation and Davidson County Adult Residential Recovery Court (DC4) in Davidson County, TN.

Brian Beisel, Evaluation Consultant
Brian has conducted performance evaluations of public agencies for over 30 years. His experience includes:
Working for the Connecticut legislature’s chief oversight committee,
Staffing two public/private commissions created to examine the efficiency and effectiveness of state government operations, and
Helping establish a Performance Audit Unit within the Connecticut State Auditors’ office.
Brian has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Villanova University and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Brian is meticulous and detailed and supports high-level strategy and planning, ensuring all the pieces come together.
Sheri Selph, Creative Strategy Consultant
Sheri has 20 years experience in the creative industry contributing her expertise on projects such as:
Website Design and Implementation
Promotional Copywriting
On-Site Photography
Social Media Marketing
Email Newsletter Implementation
Print Promotional Materials (brochures, posters, banners, etc.)
Sheri has recently led creative marketing initiatives on projects funded by grant contracts with the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and supported marketing efforts through design for the national nonprofit Down Syndrome Diagnosis Network (dsdn.org).
Thomas Clinton, Evaluation Consultant
Thomas worked for 18 years with the Knoxville, Tennessee Police Department. Thomas’s experience includes:
Supervising the Co-Response Unit and Homeless Outreach Teams.
Serving as the Homeless Outreach Coordinator for the department identifying, monitoring, and recording patterns in homeless camp development in the City of Knoxville.
Thinking through the data to build a platform that we can use for analysis throughout the project.
He joined the Allard Consulting team in January 2019 to provide law enforcement perspective and support database development and data analysis.
